Moja is fair trade, organic coffee, roasted in their European inspired facility located in North Vancouver. We use their Imara Espresso, with notes of cocoa and caramel, and a signature thick crema. Imara has won industry acclaim for its balance and taste. If you prefer a non caffeinated option, Moja’s decaf espresso is made using the Swiss water process, therefore keeping the true flavour of the beans, an element on which most decaf espresso fails.
We rotate Moja’s single origin beans for our drip coffee, allowing us to showcase individual flavours and growing regions. If you love dark roast coffee, our favorites are the Sumatran and Guatemalan beans. We also offer a variety of medium roasts, our popular Nicaraguan beans have notes of chocolate, or if you prefer a lighter roast we have the Costa Rican with notes of light citrus and herbs. All beans are available to purchase in the café.

Our exquisite loose leaf tea is sourced from Banff Tea Company, who have been blending teas here in Banff for the past ten years. Our hot teas include black teas such as English Breakfast and Earl Grey, as well as herbal teas such as Lavender Mint, Chamomile, Lemon Ginger, Rooibos Chai and Hibiscus.
Alternatively, on a lovely sunny day our iced teas are the perfect refresher, we rotate flavours including Apricot Rhubarb, Strawberry Coconut and Peach Green tea.
Our juice selection is stocked by Stoke cold pressed juices which are locally sourced, raw and non-pasteurized from Kimberly, BC. The juice is a great way of getting a big dose of healthy organic fruits, each bottle packs a punch of 2 to 4 pounds of produce!
